The perfect summer taste - and with 0% Greek Yoghurt, pretty much cholesterol free! Goes with everything from meat and fish to beans and salads; great with bread too.
- 0% Greek Yoghurt
- Handful fresh Mint
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Squeeze of Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Add a couple of large spoonfuls of Greek Yoghurt to a bowl
Crush or finely chop your garlic and mint leaves
Add these to the Yoghurt with some lemon juice and (little) salt & (plenty) pepper
Give it a good mix and it is ready – refrigerate until you need it!
