Wash the Lettuce
Slice the Cucumber and the Onion
Finely slice the Piquante Peppers (a few)
Remove the flesh of a Preserved Lemon before slicing this very finely
Lay out the Lettuce leaves on a plate or dish and scatter the Cucumber and Onion over the top
Cover with Piquante Peppers and Preserved Lemons and top with chopped fresh Dill
A squeeze of Lime or Lemon and a little drizzle of Rape Seed Oil is all you need to dress this salad
