Cherry Tomatoes with Coriander

Almost not even a recipe - but this definitely doesn't feature cholesterol - and is definitely very delicious with lots of different things.


  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Black Pepper & Salt
  • Rape Seed Oil
  • Lemon Juice


Chopped Cherry Tomatoes, dressed with some baby Coriander leaves; some Lemon Juice, Rape Seed Oil and a good crunch of Salt & Black Pepper

Delicious with something spicy, something Spanish or something Middle Eastern

Also with Tahini Dressing and / or Greek Yoghurt

Also (!) with Flatbread and some Lentils
