Wash the Lettuce and / or Spinach, Peppers, Cucumber
Chop the Peppers, Cucumber, Red Onion into chunks
Arrange the salad onto a plate; cover with the chopped veg – and sprinkle some Capers over everything
Use a mustardy dressing – 1 tsp Grain Mustard, 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar and a really long drizzle of Olive Oil
