Slice the Tomatoes
Slice the Spring Onions
Drain and chop a few Piquante Peppers
Finely chop a little fresh Red Chilli if you like some heat with your salad!
Layer the Tomatoes, Spring Onions and Peppers (and Chilli) in a serving bowl
Dress (just before serving) with Lemon if you’re eating this with something French or British in style – and maybe some Lime if you’re going Spanish or Mexican?! A drizzle of Olive Oil is good, but optional. A good crunch of Salt & Pepper would be really good though…
Fabulous on the side with fish dishes, especially herrings or mackerel… Also very good with a lamb chop and some beans
