Wash the Salad Leaves, Tomatoes and Dill
(Use lots of Dill – tastes very refreshing when one herb really sings out from a plate of salad)
Slice the Tomatoes and chop the Red Onion
(Gently!) throw the Salad, Tomatoes and Red Onion in a bowl and add the Dill – don’t chop this up too much as the larger Dill fronds are delicious
Dress the salad with some Lemon and a small drizzle of Rape Seed Oil
Eat with almost anything – but especially white fish
