Wash the Cherry Tomatoes and Chives
Chop the Tomatoes in half – finely chop the Red Onion – chop up the Herbs
Make a dressing by mixing: 1 TSP DIJON, 1 TBSP WHITE WINE VINEGAR, 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL, 1/2 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVE
Drizzle the dressing over all your ingredients in a bowl – give them a stir before serving
