Simple Lettuce Salad

Sometimes, you don't need much of a salad... This one is designed to go best with burgers or sandwiches - everyone can help themselves, stuffing some into a burger bun and having some on the side with dressing.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Red Onion

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1tsp Clear Honey
  • 1tsp Wholegrain Mustard
  • 2 or 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Wash the whole Lettuce leaves

Wash and slice some Cucumber (two ways maybe?!)

Slice a Red Onion

Make a dressing by whisking together 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1tsp Clear Honey, 1tsp Wholegrain Mustard, and 2 or 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Arrange the ingredients on a large serving plate and serve the dressing in a jug so everyone can help themselves…
