Spinach, Basil & Artichoke Salad


  • Salad Leaves
  • Basil
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Artichokes (in jar or can)
  • Capers

Wash all the Salad leaves, Herbs and Tomatoes

Chop the Tomatoes, Red Onion, Herbs

Drain the artichokes from the juice in the jar, and chop into still quite large chunks

Lay the leaves out on a plate, and then sprinkle with the Herbs, Tomatoes, Artichokes and Red Onion and Capers

Drizzle with Lemon Juice and some Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus some Salt & Pepper

Great with pizzas, or pasta dishes – anything really!
