Wash the Chicory
Wash and slice the Cucumber into batons
Cut off the Orange peel – and cut the Orange into slices (with no peel or skin)
Slice some Piquante Peppers
Arrange the Chicory on a plate and cover (artistically!!) with slices of Cucumber, Orange, Piquante Pepper and some Capers
Dress with Lemon Juice and Rape Seed Oil
