Rinse and pat dry the Capers
Lay the Lettuce onto a plate and cover with your other lovely ingredients…
For a good dressing mix a teaspoon of Dijon Mustard with a tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar and a really good drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil… mix really well and adjust to your taste
