Drain the tinned Chick Peas and reserve the liquid in the tin…
Whizz the Chick Peas up in a food processor – with the Garlic and 1 tbsp Olive Oil. Whizz for a few minutes
Now add a couple of tablespoons of Tahini, and the juice of one Lemon; also a couple of tablespoons of the Chick Pea liquid
Whizz again – and taste… add some Salt & Pepper
Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with some Paprika and drizzled with the remaining Olive Oil
Flatbread are really good with this – but Hummus is also good served with Lamb Chops or some Salad
