Halve the Baby Cucumbers, the Tomatoes
Finely chop the Green Beans, Gherkins and Dill
Lay out simply on a plate
Serve with a good squeeze of Lemon or Lime and a drizzle of Olive Oil
This is great with pork stews, or a piece of grilled white fish and some tahini sauce, or with lamb… In fact it goes with all sorts of things – crunchy, light and healthy!
